• Develop ER strategy and guidelines for restructures, underperformance, and probation issues.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to drive cases smoothly in a closed-loop operation.
• Drive digital transformation and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Work with Employee Representative Bodies to ensure compliance and implementation.
• Develop post-termination restriction strategies across countries.
