Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Employee Event Program Manager to streamline planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and programs. You will partner with internal teams and leaders to provide strategic guidance for group offsites and improve the merchandise swag experience for new hires and staff.

This role requires strong vendor negotiations, project management, and the ability to manage multiple events across offices worldwide, with a focus on delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and evaluating events.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for venues and suppliers.
• Identify trends and plan events aligned with internal needs.
• Excellent organization, able to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage external vendors for team offsites within budget.
• Lead contract negotiations with hotels, transport, restaurants.
• Track vendor performance and maintain a vendor database.
• Support on-site event setup with facilities teams.
• Align event goals with internal managers.
• Facilitate debriefs and feedback to improve processes.
• Evaluate merchandise and swag quality for hires and gifting.
• Coordinate local community holiday and summer party approvals.
