Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an events professional to join its European Corporate Events team to plan and execute major customer conferences and internal field kickoffs across Europe.

You will work with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to manage event workstreams end-to-end, including venues, F&B, registration, and after-events. The role emphasizes timely delivery, strong vendor management, and budget control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate event logistics and production experience.
• Proven ability to manage event programs from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute key components of large-scale conferences.
• Manage event workstreams end-to-end (venues, F&B, registration, receptions, meetings).
• Ensure high quality, timely delivery of event components.
• Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and agencies with seniors.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams, keep timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Review contracts, identify gaps, draft edits with legal team.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation, including YoY analysis.
• Create and maintain project plans, forms, and presentations.
