Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead planning and on-site execution of food and beverage for two US customer Summits and internal Field Kickoff, with 2,500–3,500 attendees.

You will manage menus, headcount estimates, and venue coordination while partnering with marketing ops and cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years in corporate events, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel 20–25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in corporate events managing major workstreams.
• 3+ years experience in corporate events managing food and beverage.
• 1+ year experience working on large scale events in a convention center.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute F&B for major US customer Summits and internal events.
• Develop menus and coordinate headcount estimates with marketing ops.
• Manage venue relations, service levels, and final billing reconciliation.
