Responsibilities

• Own the Coach employee communications strategy and editorial roadmap.
• Elevate leadership communications across speeches, presentations, video, emails, social, and other formats.
• Tell stories that make Coach distinctive across the brand and regions.
• Create and produce across formats including written, visual, social, audio, video and live experiences.
• Lead through a global matrix with cross-region collaboration.
• Use data and insights to test, learn and improve communications.
