Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Communications for Coach to own the employee communications strategy across the Coach brand.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to translate business and brand strategy into engaging narratives across written, visual, social, audio and live formats. You’ll shape town halls, speeches and videos, collaborating with External Communications and Coach PR to connect internal and external storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee, brand, executive, corporate communications.
• Experience developing communications strategies and high-visibility work.
• Experience working with senior executives and translating ideas into compelling communications.
• Fluency with social and digital platforms; curious about AI and new tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coach employee communications strategy and editorial roadmap.
• Develop and drive an integrated communications approach for Coach’s strategy and culture.
• Build relationships across the brand to uncover compelling stories.
• Elevate leadership communications and advise senior leaders.
• Create engaging communications across speeches, presentations, video, emails, social, podcasts and more.
