Healthy Learners is seeking a Communications Manager to lead external and internal messaging for the organization. You will translate our story, evidence, and leadership voices into world-class communications, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand standards.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will supervise design and production, coordinate with PR counsel, and guide in-country staff and a network of writers to raise the organization's profile globally.

Responsibilities

• Executive Communications & Thought Leadership: Work with the CEO to draft op-eds, speeches, presentations, and written pieces, positioning Healthy Learners as the leader in school health globally.
• Strategic Communications & Brand: Create, implement and manage a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with Healthy Learners’ mission and growth; maintain messaging, talking points, boilerplate, and consistent visuals and tone.
