Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Director of Global Environmental, Health and Safety to create and lead a comprehensive EHS strategy worldwide. You will develop programs, drive compliance with global laws, and oversee execution across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of improving safety performance in manufacturing. You will mentor teams, coordinate internal and external EHS resources, and report results to senior management while shaping a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years Environmental Health & Safety experience with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• 5+ years implementing a Global EHS program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer global EHS policies, standards, procedures, and programs across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in LTIR, TRIR, incidents and other safety metrics.
• Lead the EHS function and promote a positive safety culture with empowered teams.
