Job summary

This role oversees reporting metrics, human performance and fatality prevention programs, audits readiness, and cross-functional leadership in a matrix structure, partnering with local teams and the Howmet EHS Council to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Safety, Health or Environmental field (ABET-accredited).
• Minimum 10 years' EHS management experience, with global exposure.
• Ability to lead through a matrix organization and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for EHS strategy and compliance across global locations.
• Lead EHS programs and reporting, including fatality prevention and human performance.
• Develop standardized EHS metrics and reporting methods.
• Collaborate with local teams across time zones and manage risk.
