Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, workers' compensation, and internal policies. The role manages environmental permits and safety programs at the Cleveland site and reports to the site General Manager with a matrix line to Corporate EHS.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or Engineering and at least five years of EHS experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or Engineering.
• 5 years of work experience in an industrial setting with environment health and safety responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Company complies with all local, state and federal environmental regulations.
• Monitors all physical locations for compliance and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Maintains permits and records to be current, accurate and valid.
• Conducts effective investigations into EHS incidents.
• Collaborates with corporate EHS and site management.
