Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Global Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) to shape and execute the enterprise EHS agenda across a complex global organization. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) with 8 years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading global EHS programs within multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of international EHS legislation and recognized management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Experience developing enterprise EHS strategies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global EHS strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability commitments.
• Translate enterprise strategy into practical global programs for safety and environmental stewardship.
• Establish and maintain global EHS policies, standards, and management systems.
• Lead the global EHS ecosystem, providing guidance and support to regional and local teams.
• Identify and mitigate EHS risks across the enterprise, ensuring effective assurance programs are in place.
• Develop enterprise EHS KPIs and performance reporting, presenting updates to executive leadership.
• Champion a positive safety culture and drive initiatives for employee engagement and wellbeing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
