Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS leader to guide safety programs across the Outage Services Division. This role is fully remote with extensive travel (70-85% dom., 10% international), reporting to the Sr. EHS Manager and collaborating with project teams.

You will develop and coordinate safety training, ensure regulatory compliance, and support incident investigations while coaching site EHS specialists and subcontractors as the MD&A expands globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant safety experience with professional credentials.
• Experience with cranes, rigging and LOTO.
• Strong computer skills and technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS processes, customer and government requirements; document worker training.
• Coordinate Safety Training and Education and customer specific courses.
• Oversee outage site evaluations and training database management.
• Coordinate hazard assessments and continuous improvement projects.
• Coach OSD project EHS Specialists including subcontractors.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other EHS team members and support global expansion.
