Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a seasoned Environmental, Health & Safety leader to direct the global EHS strategy across manufacturing and supply chain in Piscataway, NJ. You will drive the 2030 Moonshot, focus on reducing incidents, strengthen compliance, and advance sustainability programs with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include leading SIF prevention, waste reduction, and AI-enabled safety controls, while fostering a Speak Up culture and embedding HOP/ OPEX principles across

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership in large-scale manufacturing or supply chain.
• Extensive knowledge of US OSHA, EPA, DOT and state EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks across regions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Expert-level knowledge of EHS digital management systems (e.g., Benchmark-Gensuite).

Responsibilities

• Champion the Global EHS Strategy and engage leadership at all levels.
• Direct the EHS transformation via a 2030 Moonshot focusing on SIF and sustainability.
• Oversee global EHS compliance frameworks and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead environmental strategy: waste reduction and True Zero Waste.
• Institutionalize SIF prevention using ASTM E2920 and advanced controls.
• Drive Zero Harm and IH/Occ Health programs; pandemic preparedness.
• Align with Engineering on tech and protective measures for automation.
• Be the GSC liaison to Regulatory and Product Safety on risks.
• Promote Speak Up culture and embed HOP in OPEX.
• Oversee EHS & Sustainability digital systems and reporting.
