Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Global EHS Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for EHS across all global manufacturing and business locations. This role partners with executive leadership to embed a proactive EHS culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing the EHS management system aligned with ISO 14001/45001, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional Certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international EHS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Global experience overseeing EHS programs across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS strategy, governance, and site-level programs.
• Oversee EHS audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Drive training, engagement, and a proactive safety culture.
• Lead contractor and vendor EHS compliance and site support.
