Job summary

Repligen Corp. is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead EHS programs for the Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse, with additional global responsibilities as needed.

You will partner with site leadership to embed EHS requirements into daily operations and advance a strong safety culture across front-line managers and employees. You will drive hazard identification, risk mitigation, training delivery, incident investigations, and regulatory audits, while coordinating with HR, facilities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences.
• Certification (CHMM, CSP, CIH).
• OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs at Rancho Dominguez site and drive safety culture.
• Identify hazards, mitigate risks, and deliver EHS training.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Coordinate audits with regulatory bodies, customers, and third parties.
• Oversee contractor safety management and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with Facilities to resolve site EHS issues.
• Analyze EHS data to identify performance trends and risk areas.
