Repligen Corporation is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead EHS programs for the Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse, with global responsibilities and occasional travel. The role partners with site and BU leadership to protect employees, customers, and the environment, translating global objectives into practical local actions.

You will drive safety culture, perform risk assessments, conduct root-cause investigations, and ensure compliance with permits and standards while collaborating

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences is required.
• Certification (CHMM, CSP, CIH) preferred.
• OSHA and other safety regulations knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems is expected.
• Environmental regulations familiarity is required.

• Translate Global EHS objectives into local, actionable initiatives with high employee engagement.
• Partner with site leadership to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations and audits.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Oversee contractor safety management and ensure proper vetting and onboarding of vendors.
• Coordinate safety programs, training, and continuous improvement across locations.
