Repligen is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead EHS programs at the Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse, with global responsibilities and occasional travel. You will partner with site leadership to integrate EHS into daily operations, drive safety culture, and manage audits, incidents, and training.

The role requires a strong background in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences, with ISO 14001/45001 knowledge and relevant certifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences
• Certification (CHMM, CSP, CIH)
• OSHA and other safety regulations
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Environmental regulations

Mansioni

• Lead EHS programs for Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse
• Drive global EHS responsibilities and support multiple locations
• Partner with site/BU leadership to embed EHS into daily routines
• Manage incident investigations and preventive actions
• Lead risk assessments and EHS training
