Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Global EHS Director to lead and manage environmental, health, and safety initiatives across all manufacturing locations. The ideal candidate will establish and enhance the EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field, at least 10 years of EHS leadership experience, and strong knowledge of ISO standards. Competitive salary range is $150,000-$230,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international EHS regulations.
• Experience leading EHS management systems and audits at a global level.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global EHS strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop, implement, and improve the global EHS Management System.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
