Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, OH seeks a Lead PSG & CBG Environmental, Health, Safety & Fire Safety Program leader to develop and drive the EHS&T strategy, annual plan, and multi-year roadmap aligned to risk and business objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science required.
• Minimum of 12 years of combined professional experience in safety engineering, occupational safety, or risk analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Expert knowledge of EPA, OSHA and DOT/FMCSA standards; proven track record reducing injury and collision rates at scale.
• Strong data fluency (leading indicators, analytics, and executive storytelling) and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive execution in strategic EHS initiatives to protect employees and the public.
• Own the EHS&T strategy, annual plan, and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives and risk profile.
• Create and sustain a culture of safety and compliance at all Group levels.
• Lead with the hierarchy of controls and engineered solutions; embed safety in processes, layout, selection, and procurement.
• Represent the Group in enterprise EHS and Sustainability efforts and advise leadership on risk and investments.
