Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience within manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with environmental reporting requirements and EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Culture & Employee Engagement in the facility, promoting proactive safety behaviors and reporting.
• Cross-functional leadership with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR.
• Drive investigation excellence with root-cause analyses and CAPA follow-ups.
• Lead risk assessment and hazard identification activities across operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Provide EHS training and onboarding support for employees and supervisors.
• Oversee the site's security services operation to protect people and assets.
