Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an EHS Global Audit Program Manager to lead and maintain the company's global audit and assurance program across supplier, internal, and regulatory audits.

You will coordinate audit activities, document findings, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with EHS, Operations, Security, and Engineering teams. A strong background in OSHA and ISO standards, plus five+ years in mission-critical environments, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately five or more years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and federal environmental regulations; international/local frameworks preferred.
• Experience conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to independently manage programs within a governance framework.
• Strong data presentation with reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits.
• Maintain audit protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and reporting tools.
• Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through closure.
• Analyze results and prepare dashboards, summaries, and recommendations.
• Escalate significant, recurring, or overdue findings to EHS leadership.
• Partner with EHS technology teams to improve audit workflows and reporting.
• Support audit training, change management, continuous improvement, and EHS due diligence.
