Job summary

Micron Technology in the United States is hiring a GLOBAL EHS & SUSTAINABILITY SR AUDIT PROGRAM MANAGER to lead the corporate audit program across sites worldwide. This role focuses on advancing EHS&S standards and integrating ISO/audit practices with business goals.

You will drive AI-enabled audits, mentor auditors, and collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain to strengthen risk management and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Auditing certification in ISO 14001/45001/50001.
• Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• AI-enabled tools and analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct EHS&S audits across sites.
• Coordinate audit schedules with internal and external partners.
• Develop corrective action plans and follow-up audits.
• Perform root cause analysis and trend review.
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve planning and monitoring.
• Align EHS&S with sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process maps and metrics.
