Job summary

Stryker in Flower Mound, TX, seeks a Director, EHS - Assurance and Risk to provide enterprise-wide oversight of environmental, health and safety performance. The role leads the global assurance program, drives audits, and strengthens risk management and accountability across manufacturing, commercial, and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EHS leadership within regulated industries, deep audit expertise, and proven ability to present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a global, regulated industry preferred.
• 4+ years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the global EHS assurance and audit program.
• Oversee internal EHS audits and assurance audits across regions and business units.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize EHS risks and integrate into enterprise risk management.
• Maintain external regulations website and ensure compliance gaps are addressed.
• Develop and deliver clear assurance data to leadership and drive CAPA effectiveness.
