WorldStrides is seeking an Experiential Learning Specialist to coordinate international academic engagements. You will research and outreach to universities and organizations, ensuring content aligns with course objectives and timelines.

The role involves frequent virtual and phone communication with faculty, speakers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences. The position requires 1–2 years in customer service, a BA/BS degree, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
• Demonstrated motivation, perseverance, and proactive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Research and outreach to executives and contacts globally to arrange academic engagements.
• Manage and confirm approximately 150 academic engagements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, account management) to ensure quality experiences.
• Lead client calls and meetings; track engagements in CRM.
• Prepare curriculum materials and destination briefs; monitor deadlines.
