Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Education team is seeking a strategic business development leader to shape and drive education-focused generative AI go-to-market worldwide. You will collaborate with AWS’s specialist, partner, and strategic accounts teams to influence education buyers and deploy AI workloads on Bedrock.

You will lead engagements with EdTech founders, presidents, CIOs, and ministry officials, translating insights into scalable GTM strategies and new revenue opportunities across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.

Responsibilities

• Build education-specific GTM for EdTech, higher education, and ministries of education.
• Engage with senior education leaders to drive generative AI workloads on AWS.
• Lead Innovation Acceleration engagements to launch new products and solutions.
• Expand education GTM with current and emerging model providers and partners.
• Serve as the STO of the education generative AI GTM portfolio across segments and regions.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and GenAIIC for solution delivery.
• Identify gaps in solutions and influence joint AWS/partner development.
• Provide thought leadership through events, white papers, blogs, and social media.
• Distill learnings to inform global education strategy.
