Job summary

SEKO Worldwide in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to lead international eCommerce expansion, targeting high-growth opportunities across key trade lanes and selling SEKO’s mature, scalable logistics solutions.

You will build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, develop new business opportunities, and close deals through solution selling, while coordinating with operations and Salesforce to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in logistics-related field.
• Minimum five years sales experience required.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and close opportunities.
• Experience with solution selling and coordinating with technical integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEKO's international eCommerce expansion across key trade lanes.
• Develop new business opportunities with e-Commerce retailers and freight forwarders.
• Effectively manage large-scale contract negotiations and close deals.
• Update and maintain customer records, opportunities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
