Job summary

Skylight is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Lead to build and Own the bottom-up forecast for DTC and Amazon globally (US + international). You will translate performance signals and consumer behavior into SKU-level demand and revenue projections, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning to align pricing, promotions, and inventory plans.

You will also shape demand planning capabilities as Skylight expands, contribute to the monthly S&OP cadence, and help implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, analytics or similar for physical products.
• Hands-on experience forecasting Amazon and DTC, stock-outs, Buy Box loss, price changes.
• Strong forecasting fundamentals (seasonality, time-series, promos) and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) to analyze performance and build reports.
• Track record of partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bottom-up forecast model for DTC and Amazon globally (US + INTL).
• Own SKU- and channel-level demand forecasts for Calendar, Frame, and Buddy.
• Account for Buy Box performance, deals, ads, and inventory in forecasts.
• Translate marketing plans and pricing into demand projections.
• Build and refine forecasting with Promotional calendar and pricing changes.
• Support monthly S&OP cadence with forecast accuracy analyses and scenarios.
• Assist in building Pigment-based demand planning dashboards and processes.
