Job summary
Skylight is hiring a Demand Planning and Forecasting lead to own the bottom-up forecast for ecommerce channels (Amazon and DTC) in the US and internationally. You will translate market signals into SKU-level demand for Skylight Calendar, Frame, and Buddy, working between Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning to align pricing, promotions, and inventory strategy.

Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, analytics for physical products
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the bottom-up forecast model for DTC and Amazon globally, covering US and international.
- Own SKU- and channel-level demand forecasts for Calendar, Frame, and Buddy, translating indicators into SKU-level demand and revenue projections.
- Reflect promotional and pricing strategy in the forecast by quantifying the impact of promotions and price changes on demand.
- Forecast new product launches and ramps with Commercial on timing and adoption.
- Align with Finance on revenue plans and provide demand inputs for marketing spend budgets.
