Job summary

Tennant Company is hiring an Engineering Change Coordinator to manage ECM globally, including BOMs, routings, and SAP changes. You will coordinate engineering changes across cross-functional teams and external partners, lead change meetings, and ensure data accuracy and timely implementation.

The role requires a technical background, a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and MS Office. You will drive continuous ECM/PCM improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical, mechanical, or engineering background.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. LeverX experience a plus.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently, drive tasks to completion, and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage part numbers, BOMs, routings, and the ECM process globally.
• Coordinate engineering changes across cross-functional teams, plants, and external OEMs/customers.
• Create/update part numbers, BOMs, and packaging; implement changes in SAP.
• Lead change coordination meetings and track status of all changes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials; ensure data accuracy.
• Support development of technical publications and service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes and drive process improvements.
