Job summary
Bosch Home Comfort Group in Wichita, KS is seeking an SAP ECM – Functional Analyst/Lead to drive master data governance, BOM creation and engineering changes across US and Mexico production sites. You will partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate SAP data setup and timely releases to production and customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience focusing on Material Master Data, BOM, Engineering Changes and Costing in MDG/SAP.
- Advanced SAP expertise across MM, PP, FI, SD, LO-ECH.
- Experience accessing SAP Master Data and writing queries.
Responsibilities
- Support new residential HVAC launches, cost-reduction initiatives, and maintenance changes in SAP.
- Monitor and coordinate Engineering Changes within SAP.
- Lead MDG system operations and master data governance.
- Create and cost SAP Material Master Data and multi-level BOMs for US/Mexico plants.
- Lead SAP ERP enhancements and implementations (MDG‑M, S/4HANA, PLM).
