Job summary

GRAMMER is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator in Shannon, MS to manage engineering changes across platforms. The role demands strong SAP skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on cost, timing, and quality improvements.

You will coordinate with project teams and customers, update BOMs and routings in SAP, and ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the change lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar role within automotive manufacturing.
• Extensive SAP experience including BOMs and routings.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility and management of engineering changes regarding costs, planning, and resources.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for engineering changes.
• Review and approve circular data for all series platforms.
• Update SAP Routings, WC, and CC for platforms; maintain SAP records.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineering, and customers; manage timelines.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions during engineering changes.
• Ensure Part History is updated for all platforms and materials.
• Participate on the shop floor during changes and support cost savings proposals.
