Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing technical consulting, professional services, or customer success organizations.
• Significant experience within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and PCB development industry.
• Proven ability to drive services revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute professional services strategies to support revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term business objectives.
• Lead global deployment initiatives involving Siemens ECAD solutions, design data management, and enterprise workflow optimization.
• Oversee statement of work (SOW) development, project governance, risk mitigation, and customer success metrics.
• Ensure high-quality execution of complex customer engagements involving advanced PCB design environments.
