Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an experienced Services Director to lead a global team focused on ECAD and PCB development solutions. You will scale professional services, oversee engagements and drive customer success across enterprise accounts.

The role emphasizes cloud-enabled workflows, AI-assisted design, and digital thread integration while leveraging Siemens Xpedition and related technologies to accelerate innovation and reduce development cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant technical field.
• 10+ years of leadership in technical consulting, professional services, or customer success (EDA/PCB).
• Significant experience managing distributed engineering and consulting teams.
• Proven ability to drive services revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute professional services strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead global deployment initiatives of Siemens ECAD solutions and enterprise workflows.
• Oversee SOW development, governance, and delivery excellence.
• Serve as executive technical advisor to strategic customers and define transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management,R&D, Sales and Customer Success to align priorities.
