Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in the engineering, design, development, and management of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of PCB layout designers.
• Oversee ECAD layout using Siemens Xpedition Enterprise.
• Coordinate ECAD/MCAD collaboration to ensure manufacturability and fit within enclosures.
• Manage staffing, hiring, and performance evaluations for group members.
• Shape Draper's technology offerings and build capability in key areas.
