MongoDB is seeking a Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination to lead a high-performing team delivering internship and new graduate hiring globally. You will own the coordination operating model from intake through offer-stage support, develop the team, and strengthen systems and partnerships to enable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, university or Early Talent programs
• Experience managing people and building team effectiveness
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work across regions, cultures, and time zones
• Experience leading recruiting events or high-volume programs
• Experience using recruiting/collaboration tech like Greenhouse, Zendesk, Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators globally
• Set expectations for performance, service quality, collaboration, and growth
• Build an inclusive team culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning
• Own global coordination operations from intake to offer-stage support
• Establish service standards, operating rhythms, and escalation paths
• Forecast hiring demand and coordinate workload across regions
• Partner with recruiting leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
• Improve candidate and interviewer experience through streamlined processes
• Lead global projects to strengthen recruiting operations and enable scalable practices
