Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination to guide a global internship and new graduate hiring program. You’ll own the coordination operating model from intake through offer, develop the team, and partner with Recruiting leadership to scale operations and improve candidate experience.

This hybrid role welcomes candidates in NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, or Austin and emphasizes building scalable processes, clear service standards, and strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of people management experience and coaching skills.
• Minimum 5+ years in recruiting coordination, university or Early Talent programs, or recruiting operations.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, build scalable processes, and deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators globally.
• Own the global operating model for Early Talent recruiting coordination.
• Forecast hiring demand and coordinate workload across regions.
• Partner with Recruiting and stakeholders to translate hiring goals into operating plans.
• Improve candidate and interviewer experience with clear, timely communication.
• Lead projects to strengthen recruiting operations and standardize best practices.
• Define team metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Represent the coordinator team in global planning and process design.
