Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to design and execute comprehensive early careers programs, attracting and developing top student and graduate talent. You will build global intern pipelines, manage partnerships with universities, and lead onboarding and mentor programs with the People team.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, inclusive experiences, and data-driven improvements while expanding Cohere's presence across campuses and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment with a focus on technical roles.
• Expertise in international university partnership development and global campus recruitment for STEM fields.
• Demonstrated experience building inclusive and equitable intern programs with excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Commitment to talent development and exceptional, inclusive early-career experiences.
• Proven ability to track and analyse program metrics data.
• Innovative approach to learning objectives and project frameworks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic early talent programs with clear intern and graduate pipeline goals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process for hundreds of interns per year globally.
• Partner with the People team to execute seamless intern onboarding and orientation.
