Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to design and run our global intern and graduate programs. You will partner with universities, shape onboarding, and build mentor networks to attract and develop AI talent within Cohere's growth trajectory.

You will also manage events, track program metrics, oversee budgets, and collaborate with the People team to deliver engaging early-career experiences in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment across offices in multiple cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global early careers or graduate recruitment.
• Expertise in international university partnerships and campus recruitment for STEM.
• Proven ability to build inclusive intern programs and manage projects.
• Strong data analysis and metrics tracking.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across locations and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic intern/graduate pipelines.
• Align programs with Cohere's growth plans.
• Create learning objectives and project frameworks.
• Build university partnerships and campus events.
• Manage onboarding, mentoring, and program ROI.
• Track metrics and adjust based on feedback.
