F5 Networks, Inc. in United States seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager, Global Early Careers to lead the strategic planning and execution of our university relations, internships, and early career programs.

You will coordinate a globally distributed team across North America, EMEA, and APCJ, partnering with leaders to forecast hiring needs and champion inclusive recruiting initiatives. You will drive lifecycle programs from campus engagement to internship cohorts and conversion planning,

Qualifications

5–7 years of related experience in talent acquisition, university recruiting, or talent program management.
Demonstrated leadership ability mentoring, directing, or leading project teams in a global environment.
Experience influencing senior leaders and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience coordinating university recruiting campaigns and intern cohorts.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive F5’s global early career program roadmap, including campus engagement and internship cohorts.
Mentor a globally distributed team of early career recruiters and program coordinators across regions.
Forecast early-career hiring needs and operationalize annual goals.
Champion inclusive sourcing and equitable selection across campus recruitment touchpoints.
Manage the end-to-end internship lifecycle and post-internship conversions.
Track program health metrics, ROI, and diversity benchmarks; manage budgets.
