Job summary

AllianceBernstein in Nashville seeks a strategic, organized Program Manager to lead our rotational development and internship program, shaping early‑career talent and future leaders.

You’ll design, execute, and continuously enhance rotations, drive campus recruitment, manage mentoring, onboarding, and stakeholder relationships, and partner with IT, Operations and HR to deliver ongoing development and executive-facing presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program management or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and continuously enhance a rotational development and internship program aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a sustainable early‑career talent pipeline.
  • Lead end‑to‑end rotation cycles, including intake, evaluation, placements, and transitions.
  • Design and manage mentoring models engaging junior staff and senior leaders.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and orientation experiences for new Associates and interns.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external partners to provide ongoing development programs.
  • Facilitate executive communication and presentations for program outcomes and milestones.
  • Oversee campus recruiting strategy, career fairs, and employer branding efforts.
  • Partner with Human Capital to plan targeted recruiting initiatives and events.
