Job summary

Capital Group in Los Angeles seeks an Early Career Program Manager to design and run the next generation of talent rotations, onboarding, and career development.

You will coach associates, partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to create meaningful rotation opportunities, oversee performance, and ensure successful long-term placement outcomes across internship programs and full-time placements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, learning & development, recruiting, HR, program management, or related field.
  • Experience coaching and developing early-career talent through internships, rotations, leadership programs, or similar initiatives.
  • Passionate about helping individuals grow and thrive, with a track record of meaningful coaching and career guidance.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to identify development opportunities and workforce planning decisions.
  • Experience in recruiting efforts, including candidate assessment, interviewing, and offers discussions.
  • Comfort with facilitating performance reviews, calibration discussions, and talent assessment processes.
  • Experience designing or improving learning, development, or talent programs.
  • Strong collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Capital Group's Early Career programs, supervising associates through rotations and onboarding.
  • Design meaningful rotation opportunities and oversee associate performance and development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class early career experience.
