Job summary

the company is building a global e-invoicing infrastructure to simplify compliant invoicing for businesses. You will own the product strategy end-to-end, shaping how customers generate, validate, and transmit invoices across regulated markets.

In this high-impact, greenfield role you’ll work with engineering, partnerships, and GTM to ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and regulatory alignment. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B fintech/payments/compliance.
• Deep familiarity with e-invoicing: CTC, Factur-X, XRechnung, PEPPOL BIS.
• Strong API design, data schemas, and network integration awareness.
• Ability to run build/buy/partner analyses and translate results into roadmap.
• Experience launching products across multiple markets with localization and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and GTM.
• Clear communication translating complex compliance into a product narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-invoicing product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive expansion into mandated global markets (France, Germany, Spain, Poland, LATAM).
• Lead build/buy/partner decisions to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Define end-to-end user journey from onboarding to live invoice transmission.
• Collaborate with Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Connect teams to embed e-invoicing.
• Establish quality and activation metrics to drive improvement.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to position as a leading e-invoicing solution.
• Represent the company with regulators and networks.
