Job summary

Based in New York with a global remit, you will manage multi-market campaigns, handle media relations, and guide teams through regulatory developments and policy escalations. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in communications are required.

• Develop and execute global communications campaigns for TikTok Shop
• Create blog posts, media pitches, and launch materials for global announcements
• Serve as primary media contact on safety issues and train spokespeople
