Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end compliance initiatives within the Safety Product team. Qualifications

5+ years in Program Management, TPM, or cross-functional project leadership.
Experience coordinating with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder compliance programs to deliver on time with high quality
Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of major compliance programs, from scoping through launch.
Translate new regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans.
Align Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Go To Market teams on goals and deliverables.
Proactively identify program risks and drive resolutions.
Develop and maintain program documentation, status updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Improve compliance program processes, governance, and cross-functional workflows.
