Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager III for DSP Capacity Planning to own worldwide metric fidelity and end-to-end capacity dispute resolution. You will align regions, lead root-cause analyses, and drive systemic improvements across engineering, operations, finance, and field teams.

You will define the path to green, set milestones, and communicate progress to senior leadership while executing with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced, global last-mile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments where problem statements and strategies are not yet fully defined.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide metric fidelity for DSP Capacity Planning and drive alignment on definitions and reporting standards.
• Own the capacity dispute resolution process and drive timely resolution.
• Assess current state, define the path to green, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional program execution across field operations, engineering, finance, and central planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across teams, processes, and systems.
• Define and monitor program KPIs and produce clear documentation.
