Job summary

You will handle complex, production-impacting problems, develop repeatable troubleshooting SOPs, and mentor engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance from the start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support or 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, ETL) and large data sets.
• Experience in agile/scrum or related workflow.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of DSP production issues.
• Provide visibility into recurring problem themes and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with operations and business partners to determine root cause and break problems into workstreams.
• Develop SOPs and automated tools to eliminate regressions and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to embed troubleshooting best practices and mentor peers.
