Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Program Manager to own worldwide metric fidelity and the end-to-end capacity dispute resolution for DSP Capacity Planning. You will lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and finance, driving data-driven improvements and scalable processes to support thousands of Delivery Service Partners.

The role requires managing complex, multi-regional programs with independence, shaping roadmaps, and reporting progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

6+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
Experience operating independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own worldwide metric fidelity for DSP Capacity Planning. Maintain and improve the metric framework globally.
Own the capacity dispute resolution process and drive timely resolution.
Assess current state and define the path to green with milestones for leadership.
Drive cross-functional program execution across field operations, engineering, finance, and planning.
Identify and mitigate risks across teams, processes, and systems.
Define and monitor program KPIs and produce clear documentation.
