Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for DSP Capacity Planning to own worldwide metric fidelity and the disputes process. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and field teams to ensure trusted data and scalable capacity decisions.

Based in the United States (Bellevue or Nashville) with a strong emphasis on data quality, process improvement, and cross-region alignment. The role requires independence and strategic thinking to drive green metrics globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
• Experience operating independently in ambiguous environments where problem statements and strategies are not yet fully defined.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide metric fidelity for DSP Capacity Planning. Maintain and improve the metric framework that underpins capacity planning decisions globally.
• Own the capacity dispute resolution process. Manage dispute intake, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
• Assess current state and define the path to green with milestones and leadership updates.
• Drive cross-functional program execution across field operations, DSP partners, engineering, finance, and planning teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across teams, processes, and systems.
• Define and monitor program KPIs and produce concise documentation for leadership and planning cycles.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
