Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks a seasoned Product Owner for Global Plasma Payments to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of donor payment platforms across US and Europe.

You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and compliance to translate complex regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements, prioritise the backlog, and drive measurable outcomes such as donor retention and payment accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience owning a product backlog in Agile/Scrum, as Product Owner.
• Excellent stakeholder management, up to senior leadership.
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable product specs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CSL Plasma's global payment platforms across US and EU markets.
• Prioritize backlog, write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and specs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Donor Experience teams.
• Ensure PCI DSS, regional regulations (ACH, SEPA, GDPR) compliance and data privacy.
• Manage relationships with external payment processors and vendors.
