Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management, incl. 6+ years in ownership roles.
• Experience owning a backlog in Agile/Scrum as Product Owner.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication up to senior leadership.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specs.
• Experience across US and European markets.
• Data literacy at product-owner level with payment data metrics.
• Familiar with product experimentation (A/B testing, etc.).

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global payment platforms across US and EU.
• Own backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints with engineering teams.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Donor Experience.
• Ensure PCI DSS and regional regulations compliance and internal controls.
• Manage external processors and vendor relationships with a total-cost-of-ownership mindset.
